Job summary

Fitness First is seeking an energetic Member Support Consultant in Melbourne to drive membership growth through proactive outreach and community engagement. You will engage with prospective members, host tours, and convert interest into memberships while maintaining strong relationships with current members.

You will inspire action, deliver exceptional service and contribute to a high-performing team focused on helping people achieve their fitness goals.

Qualifications

• First Aid & CPR certification current
• Strong communication ability to inspire action
• Goal-oriented with drive to excel
• Team player with customer focus

Responsibilities

• Proactively contribute to club sales budget via promos and referrals
• Generate and convert high-quality sales leads through community outreach
• Achieve required lead contacts via telephone to maximise opportunities
• Provide sales presentations and tours to prospective members
• Create great member journeys via positive, personalised interactions
• Respond to enquiries with successful outcomes
• Open and close the club as per roster
• Participate in member retention programs to encourage continued journey
• Make regular service calls to new and existing members to keep them engaged
