Fitness First in Melbourne is seeking a Sales Consultant (Member Support Consultant) to drive membership growth through outreach and proactive engagement. You’ll be the first point of contact, turning interest into action and guiding potential members through tours and presentations.

• Proactively contribute to club sales budget using promotions and referrals campaigns.
• Generate and convert high-quality sales leads through community outreach and referrals.
• Achieve required number of lead contacts via telephone to maximise sales opportunities.
• Provide sales presentations and tours to prospective members.
• Create positive member journeys through personalised interactions.
• Achieve responses to enquiries.
• Open and close the club as per the roster.
• Participate in member retention programs to keep members engaged.
• Regular service calls to new and existing members to promote club products.
