• First Aid & CPR certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Proactively contribute to club sales goals using promotions and referrals.
• Generate and convert high-quality leads through community outreach.
• Achieve required number of lead contacts by phone to maximise sales.
• Provide sales presentations and tours to prospective members.
• Create positive member journeys through personalised interactions.
• Support member retention programs to keep journeys on track.
• Open and close the club as per roster.
• Engage new and existing members with regular service calls.
• Recommend club-based products to boost results.
