• Current First Aid & CPR certificate.

Responsibilities

• Proactively contribute to club sales budget using promotions and referrals.
• Generate and convert high-quality leads through community outreach and referrals.
• Achieve required number of lead contacts via telephone to maximise sales.
• Present sales pitches and conduct tours for prospective members.
• Create great member journeys through positive, personalised interactions.
• Respond to enquiries with successful outcomes.
• Open and close the club as per the roster.
• Participate in member retention programs to keep members engaged.
• Make regular service calls to existing members to boost engagement and product uptake.
