Fitness First Australia is seeking a motivated Member Support Consultant (MSC) in New South Wales. You will drive membership growth through proactive outreach, introducing people to the club and guiding them toward their fitness goals.

You will also build strong relationships with existing members, delivering exceptional service and motivating continued engagement. The role offers base salary with uncapped commission, plus memberships and opportunities for leadership growth within the Fitness &

Qualifications

• First Aid & CPR certification is required.
• Strong problem-solving mindset to meet member needs.
• Excellent communication skills to motivate and convert potential members.
• Goal-driven with a proactive approach to sales.
• Team player who can perform under pressure and celebrate team success.
• Customer-focused personality to build rapport and achieve goals.

Responsabilités

• Proactively contribute to club sales budget using promotions and referrals campaigns.
• Generate and convert high-quality sales leads through community outreach and referrals.
• Achieve required lead contacts via telephone to maximise sales opportunities.
• Provide sales presentations and tours to prospective members.
• Create great member journeys via positive, personalized interactions.
• Aim for successful outcomes to enquiries.
• Open and close the club as per the roster.
• Participate in member retention programs to keep members engaged.
• Regularly service new and existing members to promote club products.
