You will be the face of the centre, providing information and assisting prospective members to join the facility with an excellent guest experience.

As a Customer Service Officer you will handle tours, memberships, data entry, and cash handling while using POS systems.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a team to achieve targets.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with a diverse range of people.
• Previous customer service experience is valued.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest experience in person and over the phone to existing and prospective members and guests.
• Provide relevant, accurate information to prospective members and handle enquiries per company processes.
• Conduct tours of the centre to convert prospective members to subscriptions.
• Process memberships and data entry in line with company policies.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of centre services and activities.
