Job summary

Belgravia Leisure is seeking passionate Customer Service Officers for casual shifts at our Torquay facility in Victoria. You will be the face of the centre, delivering excellent information and experiences to existing members and prospective guests, including centre tours to convert memberships.

You’ll handle memberships, data entry, and operate POS with cash handling best practices. Applicants should enjoy interacting with a diverse range of people, demonstrate strong communication, teamwork,

Experience in delivering excellent guest experiences.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills with diverse people.
Ability to work in a team to meet targets.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional guest experience in person and over the phone to existing and prospective members and guests.
Provide accurate information and an excellent experience to prospective members by handling enquiries according to processes.
Conduct tours of the centre to convert prospective members to ongoing subscriptions.
Process memberships and data entry in line with company processes and policy.
Demonstrate knowledge of all centre services and activities; operate POS systems with sound cash handling.
