BravoFit, the Australia franchisee of Planet Fitness, is hiring for a customer service role at the club front desk. You will greet members, manage access, address questions and complaints, and promote membership sign-ups in a clean, friendly environment.

You will explain the Judgement Free Zone to new and existing members, perform daily opening/closing tasks, and support front desk operations with a positive, can-do attitude and reliable, on-time presence.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience is advantageous.
• Certifications: Certificate 3 in Fitness is advantageous.
• Must be currently First Aid and CPR certified and provide the club with a copy or be willing to obtain within three weeks.
• Must have WWC (working with children) certificate/number NSW & VIC, Blue Card QLD from start date or proof that process has started.
• NPC Certificate must be within 12 months of application.

Responsabilités

• Greeting and saying goodbye to all members and guests.
• Monitor club access for members and non-members.
• Answer questions and handle member complaints.
• Explain the Judgement Free Zone (JFZ) to members and non-members.
• Answer info calls and take messages.
• Give club tours.
• Sell memberships and enter new members into the database.
• Operate POS and collect any past-due balances.
• Schedule PE @ PF hourly sessions.
• Maintain front desk and complete daily/weekly duties.
• Complete member welcome calls and daily/weekly housekeeping tasks.
• Support monthly Black Card Spa maintenance.
