HCF in Hornsby is seeking a Branch Member Consultant to be the face of Australia\'s largest not-for-profit health fund. You will guide members through choices and provide personable, needs-based service.

This full-time role at our Hornsby branch requires weekend Saturday coverage once or twice a month, with extra pay for weekend shifts, and ongoing coaching to help you succeed. You will contribute to member well-being and trusted guidance.

Qualifications

• Experience in needs-based selling within a customer-facing role.
• Proven customer service background with strong rapport-building skills.
• Ability to quickly grasp and navigate complex computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Embrace face-to-face and telephone needs-based selling of health, life, and other insurance products.
• Resolve members' issues beyond expectations.
• Maintain accurate membership information according to policy.
