HBF Health Limited in Booragoon is seeking a Member Relationship Consultant to be the first point of contact for members. You will work within a small team to help identify needs and recommend the right health cover for members face-to-face and by phone.

You will support new and existing members, with travel to other branches occasionally. The role offers $69k base plus 12% super, plus generous leave, wellbeing days, volunteering options, parental leave and corporate discounts.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service or sales background.
• Solid computer literacy.
• Ability to multi-task across multiple channels including phone and email.

Responsabilités

• Be the first point of contact in the Booragoon branch, representing HBF in moments that matter to our members.
• Support new and existing members to identify needs and recommend the right product face-to-face and over the phone.
• Travel to other branches may be required from time to time.
