Job summary

HBF Health Limited in Booragoon is seeking a Member Relationship Consultant to be the first point of contact for members. You will work within a small team to help identify needs and recommend the right health cover for members face-to-face and by phone.

You will support new and existing members, with travel to other branches occasionally. The role offers $69k base plus 12% super, plus generous leave, wellbeing days, volunteering options, parental leave and corporate discounts.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service or sales background.
• Solid computer literacy.
• Ability to multi-task across multiple channels including phone and email.

You will be there for our members in a wide range of life moments, from welcoming a new baby into the world to supporting a loved one through life-critical medical treatment, as they reach out to better understand their health cover. Travel to other branches may be required from time to time. **About You** You are a vibrant, energetic and collaborative team player with a natural ability to communicate compassionately. Being adaptable and resilient will be important in this role as no two conversations are the same and will need an individual approach.
