Job summary
JOST Australia Pty. Ltd is seeking an experienced Desktop Support Engineer to provide IT support across Australia and New Zealand.
The role is onsite at the Melbourne head office in Laverton North, supporting office, warehouse, and remote users, with focus on Windows 11, Microsoft 365, OneDrive and SharePoint. Responsibilities include PC/mobile device setup, account management, onboarding/offboarding, asset documentation, and collaboration with vendors and senior IT staff.
Qualifications
- 2+ years' experience in Desktop Support, Service Desk, or IT Support.
- Experience with Windows 11, Microsoft 365, PC, mobile device, and printer support.
- Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills.
- Good communication skills and a willingness to learn.
Responsibilities
- Providing IT support to office, warehouse and remote users.
- Windows 11, Microsoft 365, OneDrive and SharePoint support.
- Setting up and supporting PCs, laptops, mobile devices, and printers.
- Managing user accounts, access permissions, onboarding and offboarding tasks.
- Maintaining asset records and IT documentation.
- Working with vendors and senior IT staff to resolve issues.
