Job summary

Coachwood Information Professionals, Moorabbin VIC, is seeking a full-time on-site IT Support Engineer to join a close-knit team in Melbourne's south-east. You will provide technical support, manage client environments, and assist with cloud migrations and new deployments.

Ideal candidates have strong Windows Server/AD, M365, Exchange Online, Intune, Entra ID, and backup/DR experience, plus familiarity with virtualization and WinTel environments. Australian citizenship or PR is essential.

Qualifications

Knowledgeable of Windows Server, Active Directory, M365, Exchange and Exchange Online.
Intune device management and policy/app creation.
Managing Enterprise applications in Entra ID.
Experience with backup solutions and disaster recovery.
Experience with WinTel environments and virtualization/ hosted environments.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support to clients, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
Support end-users via phone, email, and remote support tools.
Monitor and manage client environments and perform daily checks & tasks.
Assist with projects, cloud migrations, new hardware and software installations.
