Stryker is seeking a Territory Manager for the Smart Care portfolio, based in Adelaide (or Perth) and covering SA/WA/NT. You will promote our healthcare software solutions to hospital decision-makers and work with clinical teams to optimise workflows and patient care.

In this role you will develop territory plans, identify new opportunities, build lasting relationships with C-suite to procurement teams, and collaborate with customer success to ensure successful implementations and service

Qualificações

3+ years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record.
Ability to identify opportunities and grow a territory strategically.
Proficient using data/market insights to plan and forecast.
Strong negotiation, presentation and communication skills across multiple stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

Proactively identify, qualify and close new business in SA/WA/NT hospitals and aged-care.
Develop and execute a territory sales plan to drive growth.
Build relationships with C-suite, clinical teams, procurement and IT stakeholders.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful software implementation and customer satisfaction.
Provide tailored solutions that improve workflows and patient care.
