Qualifications

• Casual availability Monday, Wednesday and Thursday.
• GP Medical Receptionist experience is ideal.
• Greet patients and visitors professionally to ensure a positive experience.
• Experience with booking and coordinating appointments with the care team.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors in a professional, friendly manner.
• Register new patients and update existing patient information in the clinic system.
• Coordinate appointments with medical staff and schedule tests/follow-ups.
• Process payments and health insurance claims, maintaining confidentiality.
• Keep the reception area clean, organised and stocked with supplies.
