Qualifications

• GP reception experience is ideal.
• Greet patients and visitors professionally, ensuring a positive experience from arrival to departure.
• Experience with processing payments, health insurance claims and billing inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and direct calls to the appropriate team.
• Coordinate appointments and liaise with medical staff for consultations and tests.
• Register new patients and update existing patient information in the clinic system.
• Process payments and manage health insurance claims with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Maintain a clean, organised reception area and manage stock and supplies.
• Support the nursing team with communication and coordination as needed.
