Job summary

I-MED Radiology in Griffith, Australia, is seeking a Medical Receptionist for a full-time role from Monday to Friday, 8.00am–5.00pm. You will be the first point of contact, ensuring a positive patient experience and smooth check-in.

Join our friendly and supportive team in Griffith as a Medical Receptionist. This full-time role operates from Monday to Friday, with shifts between the hours of 8.00am-5.00pm.

As aMedical Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, playing an important role in creating a positive and professional patient experience.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Greeting patients warmly and assisting with check-in procedures.
• Answering emails and phone calls promptly and handling inquiries professionally.
• Advising patients of preparation prior to relevant scans.
• Billing procedures – private, Medicare, workers compensation, and DVA.
• Collaborating with clerical and technical staff, radiologists, and referrers.
