I-MED Radiology Network in Armidale invites applications for a Medical Receptionist. This casual role offers shifts from Monday to Friday, between 8.00am and 5.00pm, with schedules determined by operational requirements.

You will greet patients, manage check-in, and handle inquiries across multiple screens. You will also support billing workflows across private, Medicare and other schemes, collaborate with radiologists and referrers, and participate in a friendly team focused on patient care and

Formación

• Experience in the medical industry is advantageous.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with interventional bookings and procedures.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organisational abilities to manage appointments and patient flow.
• Relevant reception experience.
• Confidence working across multiple screens and systems.

Responsabilidades
