Job summary

Sunraysia Podiatry Services in Mildura, Victoria is seeking a friendly Medical Receptionist to join our team. This role offers flexibility between part-time and full-time hours, and you will be the first point of contact for patients, managing appointments, registrations and general administrative duties.

You should have excellent communication, strong organisational skills, and experience with practice management software.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly and manage reception duties.

• Handle inquiries via phone, email and in person.
• Process payments and invoices, maintain financial records.
• Perform general admin tasks and maintain an orderly reception area.
• Support clinical staff with admin tasks to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure confidentiality and privacy compliance.
• Maintain reminders and follow-up communications.
• Assist with basic instrument processing and sterilisation as needed.
