Family Doctor Pty Ltd is seeking a casual Medical Receptionist to join our team across clinics in the Mornington Peninsula. You will deliver front-desk reception, manage patient flow, handle appointments, and support doctors and staff with administrative duties.

Ideal candidates have strong communication and IT skills, are professional, confidential, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Experience in medical administration and familiarity with Best Practice software are advantages.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and IT skills.
• Previous medical receptionist experience is advantageous.
• Ability to multitask and maintain professionalism.
• Experience with medical terminology and customer service is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality front-desk reception and clerical support to patients, doctors and staff.
• Work across multiple clinics within the area as needed.
• Greet patients in person and on the phone, and schedule appointments.
• Perform general office and administrative duties, including opening/closing.
