Job summary

Sunraysia Community Health Services is seeking a Customer Service Officer to act as the first point of contact for clients and visitors at the Mildura site. You will manage appointments, billing queries, and general enquiries with a client-centred approach.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or administrative role, preferably in healthcare.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with empathy and professionalism.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask, prioritise workload, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in computer and data entry using Client Management Systems or equivalent database products.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for clients, families and visitors, welcoming and supporting them.
• Manage front desk operations and administrative tasks efficiently, including appointments and enquiries.
• Address client concerns, resolve issues and guide clients through administrative processes with empathy.
• Contribute to client satisfaction and overall efficiency of client care delivery.
