Doctors of South Melbourne in South Melbourne VIC is seeking two friendly Medical Receptionists for permanent part-time and casual roles. You will greet patients, schedule appointments, process payments, and support a busy clinic with a smile in a warm team.

Experience with Best Practice or similar medical software and HotDoc is valued, along with good Microsoft Office skills. A Working with Children Check and National Police Check are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in medical reception, administration, or customer service.
• Familiarity with Best Practice or similar medical software; HotDoc preferred.
• Proficiency with Windows, Word and Excel; strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a team and independently; adapt to a busy clinic.
• Understanding of medical terminology is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Provide outstanding service to patients and support first-class healthcare.
• Greet patients, schedule appointments, and maintain records.
• Handle inbound calls, direct inquiries, and process patient requests.
• Process payments.
• Obtain medical reports and records from external practices.
• Manage emails, faxes, and mail.
• Maintain clinic appearance.
