Job summary

Healthcare Professionals Group in Sydney is seeking a Customer Service Team Leader to step into a leadership role, supporting the Customer Service Manager and mentoring a team. You will manage daily operations, orders, consignment stock and surgical loan kits while driving service excellence.

The role requires hands-on leadership, experience in medical device customer service, and strong ERP knowledge. Hybrid work setup is available after training, with progression opportunities.

Qualifications

Experience in customer service or order management within medical device industry.
Strong ERP experience, ideally SAP and Salesforce.
Proactive, coaching and leadership mindset with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

Support the Customer Service Manager with daily team operations.
Coordinate workloads, priorities and order processing.
Coach, mentor and train Customer Service team members.
Manage hospital orders, consignment stock and surgical loan kits.
Liaise with hospitals, sales, warehouse and logistics teams.
Resolve escalated customer enquiries and operational challenges.
Identify opportunities to improve processes and team performance.
