Job summary

Device Technologies Australia Pty Ltd. is seeking a Technical Service Coordinator & Workshop Service Technician in a hybrid role, splitting duties between head office administration and our NSW workshop.

The position supports technical service delivery, repairs, maintenance, and customer communications within a fast-growing healthcare technology company. Ideal candidates hold a Biomedical Engineering degree (Master’s preferred) with strong SAP/S4HANA experience, repair background for

Qualifications

Minimum Biomedical Engineering degree; Master’s degree preferred.
Experience with technical service coordination and workshop service.
Strong SAP, ERP and S4 system experience; familiarity with S4HANA and S4 Service.
Experience with regression testing within S4HANA.
Experience repairing ventilators, defibrillators and other biomedical equipment.

Responsibilities

Provide technical service coordination, customer support, and workshop service activities to a high standard in a timely and professional manner.
Collaborate with technicians, service supervisors, management, customers, and sales teams to ensure effective delivery of technical service, workshop repairs, preventative maintenance, and admin support.
Support the end-to-end service process including job creation, scheduling, workshop repairs, spare parts management, loan equipment coordination, and customer communications.
