Job summary

Device Technologies in Sydney, Australia, invites a Technical Service Coordinator & Workshop Service Technician to join a hybrid Technical Service team working at head office and our NSW workshop.

You will coordinate technical service activities, support workshop repairs, manage parts, and communicate with customers and sales. A Biomedical Engineering degree is required, SAP/S4HANA experience and Salesforce familiarity are preferred; annual salary is AUD 76,600 plus super.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in technical service coordination, workshop service, customer service or related technical support environments.
• Strong SAP, ERP and S4 system experience; S4 Service within S4HANA and regression testing experience.
• Biomedical Engineering degree required; Master's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical service coordination, customer support, and workshop service activities to a high standard.
• Collaborate with technicians, service supervisors, management, customers, and sales teams to ensure effective service delivery.
• Support end-to-end service processes including job creation, scheduling, workshop repairs, parts management, loan equipment coordination, and communications.
