Sunshine Coast Radiology is seeking Booking Centre Agents to warmly handle calls, schedule appointments in Karisma, and ensure smooth patient flow. You’ll provide quotes, explain rebates, and help patients prepare for visits.

Roles can be full time or part time (minimum 3 days). Shifts run Monday to Friday, 7:00 am–5:00 pm, with a supportive team culture, full training, and opportunities for career advancement within the IDX network.

Qualifikationen

• Be the first point of contact for patients and referrers.
• Schedule appointments using the Karisma RIS system.
• Explain Medicare rebates clearly to patients.
• Maintain organized and efficient workflows.

• Be the first point of contact, answering patient and referrer calls with professionalism and warmth
• Schedule appointments using our state-of-the-art RIS system (Karisma)
• Keep workflows efficient and organised
• Provide fee quotes and explain Medicare rebates clearly
• Help prepare patients for their visit with the information they need
