Sunshine Coast Radiology in Maroochydore is seeking Booking Centre Agents to coordinate appointments and greet patients with warmth and professionalism.

Your Role

• Be the first point of contact, answering patient and referrer calls with professionalism and warmth
• Schedule appointments using our state-of-the-art RIS system (Karisma)
• Keep workflows efficient and organised
• Provide fee quotes and explain Medicare rebates clearly
• Help prepare patients for their visit with the information they need
