ALOIS Australia seeks an Operations Support analyst for the Marketplace ANZ team. You will analyse marketplace data to generate insights, monitor health, and help implement actions across cities, merchants and delivery partners.

You will work cross‑functionally to design interventions, track outcomes, and support new launches, balancing supply and demand with a focus on improving delivery quality and overall marketplace performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in operations, data or business analysis, marketplace operations, or a related role.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into clear insights and recommendations.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, with the ability to use data to track performance and inform decisions.
• Advanced technical fluency, including proficiency in SQL, Python, or data visualisation tools.
• Ownership mindset with a proactive, hands‑on approach and attention to detail.
• Strong organisational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Good written and verbal communication skills suitable for cross‑functional collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Analyse marketplace performance: work with large datasets to surface trends and opportunities across cities and partners.
• Surface operational insights: translate analysis into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
• Support interventions: design, implement and track interventions to improve performance and measure impact.
• Improve delivery quality: identify pain points and support quality, defect-reduction, and fraud initiatives.
• Monitor marketplace health: own weekly and monthly reporting and city‑level monitoring with accurate dashboards.
• Collaborate across teams: align initiatives with business priorities and local market needs.
• Drive continuous improvement: simplify processes and automate reporting with new tools and AI capabilities.
