Anaconda in Melbourne's South Melbourne Support Office is seeking a Business Analyst, Operations to bring store performance data to life and deliver actionable insights to our wider team.

You’ll review operational and commercial metrics across our national network, prepare in‑depth reports, and identify opportunities to maximise sales, margins and customer experience. This hybrid role balances analysis with collaboration across Buying, Marketing and Store Operations to drive better outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Review key operational and commercial metrics across the national store network to identify trends and opportunities.
• Prepare clear, in-depth reports that help stakeholders understand performance.
• Investigate results, highlight opportunities and propose practical improvements to store operations.
• Contribute insights to maximise sales growth, improve gross margin, optimise expenses and reduce clearance.
• Identify smarter ways of working that reduce costs while maintaining customer experience.
• Collaborate across Store Operations, Buying, Visual Merchandising, Marketing and other teams.
• Contribute to projects that strengthen operational performance and store outcomes.
