The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in operations/data analysis, strong Excel and SQL skills, and experience with Tableau or similar tools. You will work with cross-functional teams to enhance performance and customer outcomes.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Operations, Business Analysis, Data Analysis, Marketplace Operations, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Experience with SQL, Python, and/or data visualization tools such as Tableau.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Responsabilidades

• Analyse large datasets to identify trends, performance gaps, and growth opportunities across marketplace operations.
• Develop actionable insights and recommendations to support business decisions.
• Design, implement, and monitor operational initiatives that improve supply, demand, pricing, and delivery performance.
• Own weekly and monthly reporting, dashboards, and marketplace health monitoring.
• Support quality improvement, fraud prevention, and operational excellence initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Operations, Product, Data Science, and other stakeholders.
• Drive automation and process improvements using data, AI, and technology solutions.
