Anaconda in Australia is seeking a Business Analyst, Operations to turn store performance data into actionable insights for our national store network. Based at the South Melbourne Support Office, this full-time hybrid role focuses on reporting, trend analysis and practical recommendations to improve sales, margin and store efficiency while enhancing the customer experience.

Responsabilidades

• Review key operational and commercial metrics across our national store network to identify trends, patterns and opportunities.
• Prepare clear, in-depth reports that help stakeholders understand performance and make informed decisions.
• Investigate results, highlight areas of opportunity and recommend practical ways to improve store operations.
• Contribute insights that help maximise sales growth, improve gross margin, optimise expenses and reduce clearance.
• Help identify smarter ways of working that reduce costs while maintaining an excellent customer shopping experience.
• Work closely across departments such as Store Operations, Anaconda Stores, Buying, Visual Merchandising, Marketing and more!
• Contribute to projects and initiatives that strengthen operational performance and deliver better outcomes for our stores and customers.
