Job summary

Crown Resorts Limited is seeking a full-time Maintenance Person to join the shift maintenance team across its Perth properties. You will perform preventive maintenance, respond to operational issues and help keep facilities safe, functional and guest-ready.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in a similar maintenance role, experience with CMMS, and a collaborative approach to engineering and facilities teams; the role involves 12-hour shifts and occasional scheduling flexibility.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience in commercial, industrial, hospitality, healthcare or education environments.
• Proficient in completing preventive maintenance and inspections.
• Familiar with CMMS or maintenance management systems.

Responsibilities

• Complete preventive maintenance and routine inspections.
• Perform general handyman and maintenance tasks across facilities.
• Respond to maintenance requests and operational issues promptly.
• Use CMMS to manage, prioritise and close work orders.
• Maintain accurate records of completed work.
• Assist with after-hours incidents and implement temporary solutions.
• Collaborate with engineering, facilities and operations teams.
• Ensure all work is performed safely and in line with Crown standards.
