Job summary

Crown Perth is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Person on a casual/part-time basis to ensure facilities remain safe, functional and well-maintained in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

The role covers routine inspections, preventative maintenance, repairs and installations across the property. You will use CMMS work requests and collaborate with teams to deliver high-quality guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a maintenance, facilities, or handyman role.
• Experience using CMMS/work request systems.
• A proactive approach with the ability to prioritise competing tasks.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to safety and quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on equipment, systems, and facilities.
• Identify and resolve maintenance issues promptly to maintain a safe environment.
• Complete repairs and installations.
• Operate and maintain a variety of maintenance tools and equipment.
• Maintain accurate records of completed maintenance works and CMMS entries.
