Job summary

Crown Resorts is seeking a proactive Facilities Manager to lead the safe, efficient operation of Crown Perth's facilities and drive maintenance and asset performance.

You will oversee risk assessments, contractor management, and financial control, including cost reports, budget tracking, and compliance obligations, while supporting minor projects across the site.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years' experience in a facilities management, project administration, or engineering support role.
• Experience managing financial documents including cost tracking, purchase orders, and budget reconciliation.
• Exposure to Work Order platforms & systems.
• Ability to build strong relationships and influence key stakeholders.
• Financial acumen for cost reports, budget trackers, and financial reconcilation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating risk assessments and compliance obligations, ensuring regulatory and internal reporting requirements are actioned within required timeframes.
• Coordinating permit to work (PTW) applications, site inductions, and contractor access arrangements.
• Assisting with tender administration — document preparation, distribution, and recording of quotations.
• Maintaining and updating programme finance documents — cost reports, FY spend-to-date, budget trackers, and capex commitment schedules.
• Day-to-day running of minor projects, coordinating with contractors and operations teams as required.

As Facilities Manager, you will play a pivotal leadership role in ensuring the safe, efficient and reliable operation of Crown Perth’s world‑class integrated resort. Responsible for the strategic oversight of facilities maintenance, asset performance, contractor management and operational excellence.

You will also provide administrative, financial, and compliance support for the deferred infrastructure works programme; maintaining finance documents, coordinating risk assessments and compliance obligations, and assisting in the day‑to‑day running of minor projects across the Crown Perth site.

Key responsibilities:

• Coordinating risk assessments and compliance obligations, ensuring regulatory and internal reporting requirements are actioned within required timeframes.

About you

• Minimum three years' experience in a facilities management, project administration, or engineering support role, preferably in a large complex or hospitality environment.
• Demonstrated experience managing financial documents including cost tracking, purchase orders, and budget reconciliation.
• Exposure and experience with Work Order platforms & systems
• Ability to build strong relationships and influence key stakeholders around the business
• Financial acumen - Experience with heavy daily use for cost reports, budget trackers, programme summaries and financial reconcilation
