Project Plumbing & Maintenance (PPM) is part of the Cooke & Dowsett Group (CDPG), delivering high-quality plumbing services across commercial, residential and government sectors. We are seeking a Maintenance Coordinator based in Keilor Park to join our busy team and ensure efficient scheduling and strong customer communications.

You will be the link between customers, technicians and internal teams, coordinating works, handling inquiries and supporting the Maintenance Manager.

Formación

• Experience in administration, scheduling or service coordination.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Confidence using Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience using AroFlo or similar job management software.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and schedule maintenance works.
• Manage incoming service requests and customer inquiries.
• Communicate with customers, tenants, subcontractors and tradespeople.
• Monitor job progress and ensure works are completed on time.
• Process work orders, invoices and job documentation.
• Maintain accurate records within AroFlo and customer portals.
• Provide administrative support to the Maintenance Manager and wider team.
