RoadTek Mackay, the Department of Transport and Main Roads' commercial delivery business, is seeking a Project Management Support Officer AO3 based in Mackay to provide administrative and operational support to the Operations team. You will coordinate project documentation, records, procurement, financial administration and business operations to help deliver infrastructure across Queensland.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting project or operational teams.
• Strong organisation and communication skills.
• Experience coordinating documentation and meetings.
• High attention to detail and proactive approach.
• Current Queensland C Class Driver Licence or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and project support to operational teams.
• Coordinate project documentation, records management and correspondence.
• Manage procurement, purchasing, accounts processing and reconciliations.
• Support workplace health, safety and security activities.
• Prepare meeting agendas, minutes and action registers.
• Coordinate PPE, devices and IT support requirements.
