Job summary

Ambition Recruitment is seeking an L2 Support Engineer for a 6-month contract in Sydney. Hybrid work with travel to client sites across the wider Sydney area; own vehicle required.

You will troubleshoot Microsoft 365 environments, deploy and support Intune, manage VMware and Azure tasks, and provide essential networking support while coordinating with the L3 team and building strong client relationships. The role includes direct client engagement, on-site visits, and timely ticket resolution

Qualifications

• Microsoft 365 experience including Exchange/SharePoint
• Experience with VMware on-prem environments and Azure tasks
• Strong client-facing communication and proactive problem-solving

Responsibilities

• Provide L2 support across M365 environments, on-prem servers and VMware
• Deploy and support Intune
• Deliver core networking support as needed
• Assist with Azure tasks where required
• Escalation support for complex issues with L3
• Build strong client relationships face-to-face and over the phone
• Travel to client sites across the wider Sydney area
