Job summary

Ambition Group Limited is seeking a skilled L2 Support Engineer for a 6-month contract in Sydney. The role is hybrid with travel to client sites; a valid driver’s license and own vehicle are required.

You will provide L2 support for M365 environments, on-prem servers and VMware, deploy Intune, and work closely with L3 to resolve complex issues while building strong client relationships. Qualifications

• Microsoft 365 experience including Exchange and SharePoint
• VMware and on-prem servers knowledge
• Strong client-facing skills and proactive attitude
• Full driving licence and vehicle for client visits

Responsibilities

• Provide L2 support across M365 environments, on-prem servers and VMware
• Deploy and support Intune
• Deliver core networking support as needed
• Escalation support for complex issues with L3
• Build strong client relationships face-to-face and over the phone
• Travel to client sites across the wider Sydney area
