Job summary

Clicks IT Recruitment is partnering with a leading enterprise organisation for a 6 month contract as a Microsoft 365 Engineer in Sydney CBD, with hybrid work options. You will administer and support the Microsoft 365 platform, with a focus on Entra ID, identity governance, and cloud collaboration services while contributing to major transformation projects.

Qualifications

Extensive Microsoft 365 administration experience.
Strong expertise with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and Identity & Access Management.
Experience managing hybrid Microsoft environments.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Experience working with business stakeholders and technical teams.
Knowledge of Azure and on-premises identity infrastructure.

Responsibilities

Provide administration and support across Microsoft 365 and Entra ID environments.
Deliver Level 2 and Level 3 support for project implementations and platform changes.
Maintain the health, performance, security, and scalability of collaboration platforms.
Partner with Security, Architecture, and Infrastructure teams to establish best-practice standards and governance.
Design, configure, and implement new Microsoft 365 solutions.
Drive adoption of modern workplace technologies across the business.
