Job summary

Louis Vuitton on Collins Street in Melbourne is seeking a Store Administrator to secure back-of-house excellence, from rosters to supplies, ensuring readiness before the first client arrives.

You will partner with Store Management on roster planning, collaborate with HR and Payroll on attendance, and oversee boutique operations with precision. Qualifications

• 2–3 years of store administration or boutique operations experience, preferably in luxury retail.
• Proactive problem-solver who takes initiative and finds efficient solutions.
• Excellent time management, prioritisation, and organisational skills.
• Polished communication with meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and quick to learn new systems.
• Appreciation for craftsmanship, heritage and Louis Vuitton.
• Tertiary qualifications in business, commerce or related field preferred.
• Available to work Tuesday to Saturday roster.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Store Management to shape rosters and workforce planning.
• Work closely with HR Administration and Payroll on time and attendance.
• Oversee boutique supplies, from stationery and uniforms to refreshments, and manage supplier invoices.
• Manage cash, petty cash, and expense reimbursements with precision and discretion.
• Coordinate system access, keys, fobs and passcodes with care.
• Ensure the boutique is maintained to the Maison’s standards, from cleaning to facilities.
• Support team engagement initiatives that celebrate our people.
• Uphold the Maison’s financial and operational controls with diligence and integrity.
