Job summary

Louis Vuitton Chadstone seeks an Operations Team Manager (Stock Control) to anchor the back-of-house flow in a high-traffic luxury store. You will lead up to 20 staff, build succession plans, and uphold the Maison’s standards in all operations.

You will partner with the Store Manager to optimise stock, administration, and client experience while driving performance and a culture of excellence.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience managing people in luxury retail.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is a plus.
• Experience with cashier and banking procedures.
• Strong time management, prioritisation and organisation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to deal with ambiguity and adapt quickly.
• Detail-oriented with high standards of service.
• Ownership mindset and professional conduct.
• Availability for evenings, weekends and public holidays, with occasional overtime.

Responsibilities

• Team Management and Development: lead and develop a team, set goals, and drive performance.
• Stock Management: maintain inventory and ensure stock accuracy.
• Administration: manage contracts, payroll data, and store information.
• After Sales Services: handle client repair requests and follow-up.
• General: follow policies, promote safety, and support store objectives.
• Support Store Management with staff planning and workload alignment.
