Responsabilités

• Supporting the Team Manager (Stock Control) across daily operations.
• Mentoring Client Advisors and coaching newcomers.
• Maintaining stock room organisation and replenishment.
• Managing delivery operations and stock requests with accuracy.
• Upholding stock accuracy across reservations and locations.
• Providing seamless client-floor support and gift wrapping.
• Back-up for CITES apps, repair shipments, and warehouse logistics.
• Identifying improvements and sharing best practices.
