Good Company is a heritage Australian fashion House seeking a leadership Retail Manager to guide the store team and drive client experience. Reporting to the Boutique Manager, you’ll influence sales, culture and client relationships from day one in a luxury retail environment.

You’ll work closely with leadership to develop talent, uphold brand standards, and foster a collaborative, high-performing store culture. This is a genuine path to store leadership within a respected Australian house.

Qualificações

• Previous experience in retail management or supervisory role.
• Background in Australian designer or luxury fashion highly regarded.
• Genuine client-centric approach to customer service.
• Natural coach who enjoys developing people.
• Balance sales drive with team culture and development.
• Full-time availability across a Sunday to Thursday rotation.

Responsabilidades

• Assist Boutique Manager in leading and developing the store team.
• Coach and mentor Client Advisors to build capability.
• Drive strong, consistent sales results across the team.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Uphold brand standards, policies, and procedures.
• Lead by example on the shop floor daily, support career growth.
