Job summary

Hermès Australia is seeking a Sales Associate to assist Team Leaders and the Store Manager in delivering Hermès standards across daily store operations. You will provide an exceptional client experience while supporting back-of-house duties and maintaining the store’s image.

With a strong background in customer service and ideally luxury retail experience, you will build relationships with clients, handle aftersales and exchanges, and contribute to merchandising, stock management and team

Qualifications

• Minimum strong background in customer service and/or sales.
• Experience in luxury environment is advantageous.
• Excellent relationship development and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Team Leaders and Store Manager in daily store operations.
• Maintain store environment and image of Hermès; support back-of-house duties.
• Provide exceptional client experience and manage in-store client relationships.
• Handle customer concerns (exchanges/returns) and aftersales processes per guidelines.
• Capture information via POS and CRM; train and share product knowledge with new joiners.
• Support visual merchandising and stock handling; participate in cycle counts and stock takes.
