• Senior-level retail management experience, ideally within premium, luxury or high-end retail.
• Strong commercial acumen with ability to drive KPIs and sales.
• Proven experience developing client development strategies and loyalty.
• Exceptional people leadership and coaching to achieve potential.
• Experience operating within a global organisation and engaging with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Proven senior-level retail management experience, ideally within premium, luxury or high-end retail
• Strong commercial acumen, with a demonstrated ability to drive sales, KPIs and key performance metrics
• Proven experience developing and executing client development strategies to build long-term client relationships and loyalty
• Exceptional people leadership skills, with a track record of coaching, developing and inspiring teams to achieve their potential
• Strong experience in performance management, talent development and succession planning
• Confidence operating within a global organisation and engaging with senior stakeholders, regional teams and international offices
• Strong product knowledge across luxury fashion, ideally including RTW, accessories and leather goods
• A highly commercial, solutions-focused and entrepreneurial mindset
• A positive, energetic leadership style and the ability to create a fun, inclusive and high-performing team culture
