Job summary

Park Hyatt Sydney is seeking a Sales Manager – MICE & Corporate to drive business across meetings, incentives, conferences & events and corporate segments. The role reports to the Directors of Sales & Marketing and Sales, with a focus on securing new opportunities and growing key accounts.

Work closely with Revenue Management, Events, Food & Beverage and Rooms to deliver exceptional client experiences while contributing to the hotel’s overall sales strategy and annual plan.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel sales experience, ideally in luxury hospitality.
• Experience managing MICE, Corporate or Group business.
• Proven track record in developing new business and expanding existing accounts.
• Strong negotiation, presentation and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets across Rooms, Events and other departments.
• Identify, source and convert new business in MICE and Corporate segments.
• Manage key accounts and cultivate client relationships to maximise revenue.
• Conduct sales calls, client presentations, networking, site inspections and familiarisation visits.
• Collaborate with Revenue Management, Events, F&B and Rooms to deliver exceptional client experiences.
• Contribute to annual business planning, forecasting and action plans.
