Stamford Plaza Sydney Airport is seeking a Full-Time Business Development Executive – Corporate & MICE to join our Sales team. Prospect, open doors, and develop new accounts across Corporate and MICE segments while growing existing accounts to boost room-nights, meetings and events revenue.

Work with Sales, Conference & Events, Revenue and operations teams to contribute to strategy, market share growth and revenue objectives. NSW driver licence preferred.

Qualificações

• Experience in business development, hotel sales, corporate or MICE sales.
• Ability to generate leads, develop new business and convert opportunities.
• Commercial focus with strong client relationship skills.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and secure new Corporate and MICE business.
• Develop and manage a strong pipeline of sales opportunities.
• Build relationships with key clients and decision-makers.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, site inspections and familiarisation visits.
• Grow existing accounts and reactivate dormant and lapsed accounts.
• Prepare proposals and quotations and follow up sales opportunities.
• Negotiate terms to maximise revenue opportunities.
• Develop business across the Sydney Airport precinct and wider Sydney market.
• Attend networking events, trade shows and client functions.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and sales activities.
