Job summary

Stamford Plaza Sydney Airport is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive new business, manage corporate accounts and maximise revenue across Corporate, MICE, Conferences & Events, Groups and Leisure segments.

You will build strong client relationships, develop sales strategies and collaborate with Revenue, Marketing, C&E and Operations to deliver exceptional service and growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in hotel sales or business development.
• Tertiary qualification in Business, Sales Management or related field.
• Proven track record in securing corporate accounts and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop and secure new corporate accounts and grow revenue.
• Develop and manage corporate accounts, MICE and group segments.
• Implement proactive sales strategies to achieve revenue and occupancy targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients and partners.
• Conduct sales appointments, site inspections and networking events.
• Prepare tailored proposals and negotiate corporate rates and agreements.
