Job summary

Stamford Plaza Sydney Airport is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive new corporate business, manage key accounts, and maximize revenue across market segments including Corporate, MICE, Conferences & Events, Groups and Leisure.

You will lead proactive sales initiatives, build strong client relationships, and collaborate with revenue, marketing and events teams to deliver outstanding service and achieve occupancy targets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in hotel sales or business development with corporate focus.
• Tertiary qualification in Business, Sales Management or related field.
• Proven track record of securing corporate accounts and achieving targets.

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new corporate accounts while expanding existing relationships to maximise room revenue.
• Develop and implement proactive sales strategies to achieve revenue, occupancy and market share objectives.
• Collaborate with Revenue, Marketing, Events and Operations teams to maximise opportunities and ensure seamless client experiences.
