Acquire Intelligence is seeking a Member Experience Specialist to look after top-tier members of a private luxury wellness club. Based on Chapel Street, South Yarra, you’ll greet members by name and handle enquiries by phone, text, and email in the club’s premium voice.

The role includes proactive check-ins, renewals, and helping with payments, with on-site training and ongoing support from a Team Leader; ideal for professionals with a background in luxury hospitality and exceptional

Qualifications

• At least two years in a client-facing luxury hospitality role, such as hotel guest services, concierge, front office, a private members club, premium retail or fine dining
• Warm, natural voice and the confidence to hold unscripted conversations with high-profile members
• Polished presentation, tone and manner
• Right to work in Australia and consent to background and reference checks

Responsibilities

• Personalised check-in calls with luxury club members
• Reconnect with lapsed visits and welcome renewals
• Assist members with payments and inquiries
• Capture member preferences and share feedback with the club
